• stated Distance Learning Plan outcomes are being accomplished.
  
• resources allocated are in accord with the Distance Learning Plan.

• Co-Chair: Director, Instructional Technology & Distance Learning
• Co-Chair: Academic Senate faculty appointee
• Admin: Academic Dean
• DL faculty member at large (appointed by Academic Senate)                                
• CCA: CCA representative

Reporting Structure:
This taskforce will report to the College Planning Committee (CPC); reporting milestones will be determined by CPC and the co-chairs of this taskforce.
