
Part of CPC's charge is to "Oversee a task force structure for the accomplishment of specific planning tasks or input" including:
- Establish task forces to address specific college projects and needs, including the determination of written charges and general composition of the task forces.
- Monitor and review the work of task forces through status reports from the task force leaders.
- Where appropriate, monitor the implementation of task force recommendations.
Three Task Forces were established in Fall 2007:
Program Plan/Program Review
Distance Learning
Technology Planning
In addition, the CPC has established three standing committees:
Budget Advisory Committee
Facilities Advisory Committee
Student Success Committee (new April 2008)
